Does Scoop It Up® Clean the entire yard?
Scoop It Up® will clean any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc.
Do you provide Dog waste removal services all year round?
Yes! Scoop It Up® provides dog waste removal services year-round
How do you ensure the Safety of my dogs?
All of our equipment and shoes are cleaned in between all jobs to ensure safety between households. We also send you photos of the gate locked up on completion of job to give you peace of mind that you furry friend is safe.
How much does it cost to hire a professional pooper scooper?
Scoop It Up® has pooper scooper service plans starting as low as $60 per month. However, pricing is based on the size of the yard, service frequency, and number of dogs. Most of our clients end up paying between $95 and $135 per month.
How do you dispose of pet waste after each clean up?
We will double bag the waste and place it in each customer’s trash can or neatly on the side of their house.
Do we have to sign a contract for pooper scooper services?
No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by calling, texting or emailing us. Scoop It Up® prebills every 4 weeks of service.
What day will you clean my yard?
We service certain areas on certain days. If you enquire about your area we can let you know which day it would fall on.
Do you provide arrival windows for service?
No, we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day before services are completed to help keep costs low.
